I have a nephew who suffers from allergies, especially after he comes home from school.  His nose gets irritated from the allergens.  Xlear helped relieve his nose of irritation and made his day so much better.  I even tried it myself!  (Used another bottle of Kid's Xlear Nasal Spray) I also suffer from allergies and this helped relieve my nose.  It tastes sweet and is very gentle.  Just a couple of sprays and that's it.
